I wasn’t very happy when I heard about this – I’m actually still trying to get over it, but crap happens. You’d be surprised to find the number of sites that sell in the several digits when they have no previous history of income. Look to the MMO scene to see what I’m talking about.

Pawel Ciszewskiâ€™s Problem

It was recently announced that the popular WP Theme site wpdesigner.com was purchased by someone named Pawel Ciszewski. This has been fully covered on other sites and is not news at this point. The problem isâ€¦ that neither is Pawel Ciszewski.

You make some great points! It is hard to fathom that a website can worth that much money when the owner is not making that much money off of it in one month. But the future potential of the site does need taken into account as well.
Personally it is out of my league financially, but if it wasn’t I would be in the bidding.
