That was a good run

We had a taste of spring here today. Clear roads, nice temperatures and a glimpse of the sun.

Got out for a run around midday. Only 13 kilometres, but it's the longest run so far this year. Took it nice and easy. Focused on keeping it relaxed and not pushing it, especially on the hills. Kept heart rate in zone 1, only inching into zone 2 on the climbs.

Felt great. Could've kept going for hours.

That was a good run.
