That was good breathing
Started today on the wrong foot.
Was stressing around, doing this and that, back and forth. Trying to just get everything ready, you know. Get people where they need to be and go where I need to be by some arbitrarily agreed upon time. As it was all about to culminate in something slightly resembling a mild panic attack, I stepped out the door.
I was hit by the sun breaking through to make it a clear day. Cold, crisp air filled my lungs. For a moment every worry vanished and I simply breathed and it felt good.
A tiny moment where I just was, and it was right.
That was good.
And a reminder that I need to get out in nature more. These moments are more abundant when you leave behind screens and worries and just focus on existing in the rhythm of nature.
Also, I guessed I missed yesterday's #ThatWasGood. Oh well.
