Not dead
I just got sucked into this running thing again. Always knew I'd have to give it another go before time ran out on me.
Spent the last couple of weeks immersing myself in sirpoc Norwegian Singles (that's a link to a 240+ page long thread on Letsrun, consider yourself warned) and thinking about how to best adopt the method to my own circumstances.
Also completely reworked the plumbing on my workout log in the process, because I'm now running with my old Garmin watch again and I wanted to completely bypass the horrible Garmin Connect app completely, and so I ended up automating everything in the process.
I'm sure I'll get back to writing again soon. Just gotta get this new routine and setup running smoothly first ;)
