My laptop is slowing down :(
Well, it's finally happened. After more than three years of stutter-free bliss since purchasing my Macbook Air M2 back in August of 2022, it has begun slowing down.
Coincidentally, it happened just after I upgraded to MacOS Tahoe. LOL!
I've never before experienced a single stutter or lag with this computer. Mere days after upgrading to the latest version of Apple's operating system for Mac's, however, there are frequent lags and slowdowns. When switching between windows and programs, and even when scrolling websites with a fairly low footprint.
Planned obsolescence, or just so much cruft in the newest version of Apple's OS that my three year old computer can't run it gracefully? I don't know, but I'll be looking at downgrading to Sequoia as soon as possible.
