Caffeine and sleep

Tired of feeling tired, I decided to see what reducing caffeine would do. I’d experimented with similar things years before, with success, but not stuck with it.
I wrote about the impact of caffeine in How to sleep well, and Victor's experience mirror my own. (Minus going cold turkey for a full day a remaining something resembling functional. I am dead in bed with headaches and nausea if I try that.)
My caffeine intake has ballooned from one to two cups this year. I need to reign it in again.
