Time to leave Strava behind
Strava benefits because they've become the defacto platform of choice for consumers. Companies benefit because they don't need never-ending connections to platforms. And consumers benefit because everything "just works". That's the goal, right? Just working?
I have logged 2,598 workouts since the start of 2017. All of them have flowed through Strava. It's time for that practice to come to an end. Long overdue, probably, but convenience often trumps other considerations. Thanks to Strava for giving me the nudge.
Aggregating statistics about my workouts just made my to-do list for this website.
