Door gym
Haven’t had the best start to the workout year. I overextended doing chest press during a workout in early January and pulled some muscles in my upper back/neck area. It has caused a sore and stiff neck for the past month.
Think I’ve turned the corner, however, and I’m ready to get back to it. No big goals for the year. But, my door gym arrived a while back and I’m going to make good use of it and try to finally get to 20 pull-ups.
Had hoped to do it last year. Plateaued at just over 10 and maxed out at 12. Right now I can do 9, so there’s a bit of work to do.
PS: Those colourful pieces of cloth is my best "DIY" attempt to avoid wrecking the mouldings.
