Tiny typography changes

I'm always trying to make the experience of reading this site a little more enjoyable. Or, more accurately, as someone who's reached the age where I'm quickly becoming more aware of the difference between good readability and poor readability, I'm aiming for the former.

As my knowledge of typography is, well, non-existent, I have to try my way around. Sometimes I'll come across something that's just comfortable to read. When that happens, I'll investigate the differences between what I'm doing on my own site, and test if it is an improvement here.

This time, it was.

What I did was reduce letter-spacing from 0.02em to 0 and increase line-height to 1.5em. Additionally, I adjusted some spacing around headers, to more clearly denote to which section they belong. In my opinion, it makes quite a difference to the readability and overall impression.

I often get the notion that I should completely redesign this site. But then I realise that there's still so much room to improve within this current setup, and decide to just make some marginal improvements here and there.
