Things don’t tend to go exactly as planned. Yesterday was day one of trying to implement not just a new habit, but a new lifestyle and sleep pattern. A few hours after posting that, they called from daycare to let me know the littlest one was not feeling well.
Nothing that’s followed since has been conducive to working on new habits. But, I still managed to squeeze in 15 minutes of writing, so I’m gonna give myself a pass.
