Subscribers are you out there?
According to Feedburner’s stats, this blog currently has somewhere between 45 - 55 subcribers. I am a bit puzzled by this, seeing how I went almost a month and a half without posting before I wrote the post about Working with bbPress, and when I checked my stats around the time of my last post before that they were lower than the current numbers. This makes me question the accuracy of FeedBurner’s numbers, and with this post I really just want to make a shout out to see if anyone actually is subscribed to the blog.
If you are, I would love it if you made a comment, and even better, feel free to include what you like about the blog and why you’re still subscribing to my feed even though I have been extremely lazy with the updates. Maybe it’s just for self-motivation, but even if I get no responses I have a feeling that I will continue to voice my opinion even though nobody might currently be listening. Right now I’m just puzzled by the numbers FeedBurner is reporting, because the trends don’t seem to make much sense.
And just for the record, according to FeedBurner 14 of you who are subscribed to my feed are using Google Reader, and 9 of you are using Bloglines. The rest is evenly spread out on a bunch of random readers and feed-fetchers I’m not all that familiar with.
