Decent. Felt good, and ran the on's slightly faster. Forgot to activate Stryd for distance, so GPS is bonkers on the clockwise laps with watch on the outside arm. Passed the half marathon mark at 1:19:40. Ever so slightly faster than PB pace. Average pace 4:00 for the floats, 3:40 for on the on's. Is it on?! If this was three weeks out, and I could hold that pace alone in training for another 3-4 km, I'd feel quite confident. At this point, I'll give it a 15% chance. Two weeks! One more workout, and a 10k race on Saturday to go before the job is done.
